These terms cover your use of the Domino Club app and this website. By playing, you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.
Domino Club is a dominoes game. It is free to download and play. There is no account and no sign-up, so there is nothing to suspend or close - your progress lives on your own device.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
Club VIP is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com - we cannot issue them.
Online matches are refereed by our server, which deals the tiles and validates every move. In plain terms: do not try to cheat, and you cannot - the app on your phone is never trusted to decide the outcome. We may stop serving online matches to anyone attempting to interfere with the service, flood it with traffic, or disrupt other players' games.
Player names shown at online tables are generated by the app or chosen by you. Choose something you would be comfortable showing a stranger.
The game is provided as it is. We work to keep online play available but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted, and we may change or discontinue online features. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, which always takes precedence over these terms.
Domino Club is suitable for all ages. It contains no gambling: coins cannot be bought with or converted into real money, and no prize of real value is ever awarded.
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
